JOBS FOR 18 YEAR OLDS

18 year olds have a big decision to make when they get out of high school. Actually, that decision has to be made way before the end of high school because plans have to be made and applications need to be sent.

The biggest decision in a young person’s life is whether to go on to college or a trade school or whether to get a job. Right now, jobs for 18 year olds and everybody in general are hard to find and that may not change for quite some time.

If there ever has been a good time to continue your education after high school, today in 2009 and beyond may be that time because of the bad economy. However, with the price of college escalating rapidly to ridiculous heights, a case might also be made that college is over rated and especially so if you have to graduate with a large chunk of debt. Perhaps college and starting life in debt is not the only option?
